Are you kidding? I would put money on the fact that if it would have been her vs bush that she would have won. You are right about one thing though, the democrats are pretty dumb. They are too closed minded to see that they actually need to build a platform and stick with it and convince the american people that that is what they need. Then they need some candidates that aren't retards to go out and fight for it.

Both sides got a ton of votes from people who didn't know why they were voting for their candidate. I am at college, and I can't tell you how many people I have talked to and asked why they chose to vote for who they did and they tell me because their parents told them to. I then ask them if they know where either candidate stands on various issues and they don't. parents are generally informed voters, at least they weren't swayed by the lies of michael moore.

I think its awesome that during this whole thing, the senate gains 3 seats for republicans, and Tom Daschle got knocked off. this is a perfect example of the message that was sent to the far left of this legislature. Someone mentioned that Clinton was well liked, i agree, i think clinton did a good job overall. But Kerry was teh wrong canidate for the wrong election at the wrong time. They wanted Kerry gone to make room for Hillary. What better way by throwing him to the dogs, and sparking a fire under democrats, to get them working the next 4 years to overthrow the republicans with what better canidate than Hillary. Its a giant plane by the dem's and it will probably work.

51% of the popular vte, a mandate. Clinton never even came close to this. Repubs also gain seats in the house and Senate. The Dems are gonna put Terry McAuliffe's head on a pike, I love it hehe.

Atleast then we will have 2 very qualified candidates in my opinion. That would actually be a very difficult choice for me.

I don't think that McCain will be the forerunner for the Republicans in 2008. I think it will be Rudy G. (former mayor of NY).

you know i've heard a few people memntion this, but thing is, he retired partially because of prostate cancer. alot can change for someone with prostate cancer over 4 years. Has he even said he wants to run? 4 years ago noone expected a 1 1/2 term governor to run for pres.
