CNN reported a school in europe that had these saws that supposedly would/should stop due to their "electrical" signal. Pretty funny some dumbshit student completely sever's his right index finger for trying to "see if it works"

Read the section on that page where it explains how the system works. Brilliant idea to use the difference in electrical conductivity between wood and animal flesh as a means of sensing when to put on the brakes.
