He got cleared of any "wrong doing", lol, he walks in there with no proof that she stole his money, other than what he thinks, sprays her with pepper spray and arrests her? LOL

That wasn't even a criminal matter. She should have sued for millions.

I thought both the cop and girl were wrong.
Authority is authority, they have the power invested by the government to take matters on a discretionary basis, incident by incident as they see fit. The police was wrong by going into the restaurant and demanding the money, the girl was wrong for not listening to the authority.

but when they screw up we should nail their asses to the wall. They need to be held accountable like everyone else, and i would say even more so.

The officer had no right to take matters into his own hands with the employee. This shoudl have been handeled by the manager, and they should have reviewed the tape, or told the guy to contact the customer service dept for the complaint. This is not a criminal matter. The officer should be fired, and the city sued for millions because they hired a dumbass like that.
