I found an excellent area and since alot of LoD are entering early 30's I wanted to post it. In western Qalia there is a town called Strandan port, at 34 you can get about 2/3 of your level in easy solo kill quests that lay right outside town, and other quests in a camp to the east. Just east of Strandan is a server line that takes you into river palace. RP has a town with quests in the east, and minotaur camps along the north area. It is a small area since there are mountains east so keep that in mind as you read this. Just south of Strandan is an arena, and that's the shit. In the arena there are Mino guards that give quests ( repeatable ), one is to kill 75 mino's, the other 3 are special types of minos and an object quest. These quests are all purple at 34-35 and reward 10 Zaraj coins/5% of a level. The coins are in turn spent at the arena - there is a vendor for each archtype that will sell a suit ( ie casters get evoker suit ) the items are all blue->yellow on the suit vendors, and between 30-90 coins which is actually fairly easy to get. On the top floor is another vendor who will sell you Legendary and Heroic items for the same coins. He has Red weapons, oarnge facemasks, yellow cloaks, and something else I just did a bong hit sorry.
So here's the thing, this is easy solo which means a smart group can borderline exploit this area. I have seen MiM and another guild making short work of the zone, you do have to fight for the spawns some at night. A group with 2+ AOE classes ( sorc, necro ) can go into one of the mino camps, pull 6+ of them at a time, and complete the 5%/10 coin quest in a matter of minutes, which translates to very fast leveling. As you get to like 37 you can go south of the arena, and pull even higher minos and do the same shit. Also the mobs drop "tickets" which range from blue to red, and you take them inside the arena and spawn a big event for your grp. These are pretty common, and I always harrass groups that are doing them from the ledges.
