i started on doom something, deathwhisper was just too freakin overpopulated i couldnt even make a guy. so far its ok, i was pvping at level 5 which is a nice change lol. not to mention this game is super mature. its about time someone came out with a mature game that has pvp.... Once you have a character created, you can log in during peak times. Just can't create a new char while the server is full. I would highly recommend creating a char on Deathwhisper. PM me if ya need anything. Chances are if only 1 server gets loot, it will be Deathwhisper.

Honestly the game has changed significantly from closed beta. Some of the classes aren't even the same. For release, they gave rangers a running skill, endurance skill, a tracking spell (same as Shadowbanes), and I am sure some more higher level stuff.
I didn't plan to play it on release. Closed beta was enough for me to think poorly of the game. I bought it last night, and I am looking forward to some of the changes.

I am Gibblesticks on Deathwhisper. I agree. AoC is pretty fun believe it or not. Played Closed Beta and I wasn't impressed. Release = a good suprise.

It's fun because it is new, and somehow they got a lot of people to drop wow and switch... For how long? Who knows...
Otherwise it is not that revolutionary or anythinig... KInd of buggy, and rough around the edges for now, but I can't really hate as most MMOs are like that at release...
For now it fills a void until Darkfall comes out...
I'm also on Deathwhisper... Name is Ketamon as Ketamine was not allowed... Rated M my ass... and I just realized I'm gonna get ganked left and right as a demonologist unless I find some friends =)
