my friend sold an HTC diamond on my ebay account and bam! a month later when I try to buy something on ebay i get:
'your paypal account has a negative balance, you cannot continue with this transaction'

The fucktard who bought it lives in Israel and is claiming he never got it. -$420.~~

i got scammed once too, 6 months later paypal gave me my money back despite telling me earlier that I was more or less screwed. be persistent.

just hope i didnt screw myself because i never check the email associated w/ my paypal/ebay acct. paypal said I had 10 days to dispute the reversal (11/11)... just hoping my buddy got insurance before he sent that thing halfway around the country?

That's why you should only ship to same continent. If your friends a cheap skate like me usps package can take a month to get there

i had that problem and i didnt get a signature for it. luckily what i sent was only worth about 50 bucks, but lesson learned. signature for it or bust

cool I just talked to him and he was smart about it and insured it to the max, and reqd a sig. the guy won the auction on 11/09, started whining about the phone not being there by 11/11, and filed the report by 11/13. what a douchebag. The phone arrived then, and he signed for it, and I suppose thought he could just keep it for free, cause he never did shit with paypal.

btw htc diamond is a phone, not actual diamonds. its a really good phone. the ones in US typically suck ass and balls, and then more ass compared to the ones in made in europe.
