Hrm I thought it was hilarious. Dude could barely read and he's the assistant manager. AND Wal-Mart actually made it a commercial! IMHO it epitomizes the Wal-Mart experience.

Never before have I had an employee of ANY retail store say, "I don't know" when I ask them where something is and that be the end of the conversation.
In my mind, I picture them going to this guy for help when they can't figure something out.
