In reply to:

What's a Cal-500 league?

I was just using "Cal-500 league" as an example of what you have typically said in the past as far as leagues go. I don't keep track of all the uber named leagues that you pull out of your ass.

In reply to:

Yes, I did suck when I started in 1.3

You didn't start in 1.3. You were in 1.0 along with 1.1, and you fucking sucked.

In reply to:

Please go more in depth and explain to me how "I am all about status?" Yes, I was in a good league where some other good players played, and no I wasn't primarily the "tooled" as more I was the "tooler."

Oh god, you have come to this particular forum for over a long period of time since we stopped playing CS and you have always rambled on about clan status. You were always the one to go on and on about how none of us knew anything about good uber pro leagues and how you were the shit simply because you were in one. You treated it like you were enlightened and seperated from the rest of everyone else. To us, it just looked funny.

When you first started all that talk about the CAL leagues your confidence level went sky high and you have acted like some sort of uber pro gamer since.

Let me tell you something. Leagues and all of that shit means nothing about how good you are, and you act like it does.

In reply to:

Why don't you bring some factual evidense that I sucked to the table.

Yep, this is the kind of stuff I thought you'd give me. Please god, tell me why I would even need to bring factual evidence that you sucked. Haha, everyone knew that you were a bitch in CS. Even in the future when you apparently got "better", you were still an average player. In the meantime, I don't see yourself bringing any "evidence" to the table either, and after all, you are the one who seems to be trying to prove something.

In reply to:

, why didn't you guys think of dominating CS? Sense LoD attempts to dominate most every game they play. hmmm maybe because there isn't enough skill in LoD to conquer an FPS game or any game that requires actual skill?

Wow, that's the most INGENIOEUS comment I have heard in a while! Let's think about what you wrote for a moment.....and hope to god that you really didn't think that. Why would we try and dominate a game like CS? Why would we think about conquering a game like CS? Maybe you just used some of the wrong words. We never tried to dominate anything because it was a [color:red]first fucking person shooter. Most people were still playing a lot of UO at the time. There were less than 10 of us who were really into the game and the competition. Even then, we just played OGL because we weren't out to raise the LoD flag and walk all over 20 leagues to let our uber leet presence known. Why would we need to do that? We had enough clans that would challenge us daily. We had our hands full enough as it was.

In reply to:

MMORPGS don't count, any obese dyslexic twelve year old with 7 fingers could be considered great at an MMORPG, which is good because those types of people need praise too.

Here's something that you wrote that I strongly agree with. I don't play any MMOs these days because I believe most of them take next to nothing in skill. Anyone can be a powerful monkey wizard in whatever the latest trendy non-existant world is. But what's your point? Why would you even relate MMOs to an FPS shooter as far as skill goes? And maybe you don't realize that more than half the time it isn't about the skill, but about the fun. You're talking to a guild that has loved to ruin online lives, annoy them, and piss people off to no end. You think that skill is a huge factor of a game, and I agree that it is too, but half the time i've seen LoD dominate, it's not about how you gloriously defeated your enemy with skill, it's what the result is.

In reply to:

Oh, and a thing about skill...you primarily playing on a server that wouldn't let you buy AWPS shows yours and LoD's (who ran the server) skill level. Also, there are plenty of admitted ViperG/wallhack utility users in LoD, and that fact speaks for itself.

There are a lot of servers with no awp rules. We had no awp rules simply because of the effect that gun had on gameplay and the player's fun.

Wallhackers, cheaters, oh my! Yea, it's true, cheating happened, but it was almost always a secretive thing. You never saw the CS channel with cheats being sent around, or links in the topic -- and this was a private server. Maybe they cheated because they were enjoying the fact that they could beat you, piss you off, in the most non-legit fashion while still sporting a cold one in the left hand. Was skill something they thought about when cheating? Let me repeat myself for one last time. Skill is not something that everyone cares about. For a lot of people, it's your reaction when you type "WAKKHAKCER!" and everyone laughs because it's so obvious that you were pissed off. And guess what, the satisfaction is all for the cheater.

My satisfaction is that you just read all of this. What is yours?
