I agree it should be for anything assault or above. But holy shit a petty misdeamor can result in fucking life. The amount taxpayers pay for them is like 45k a year. You want some person who stole a toothbrush on 3 seperate occasions costing you that much?

Modern Marvels, Bullets. It talked about how the pistols didn't do enough, but the .45 were going through people so they toned it down a little.
The coolest shit is this bullet they make now which is a combination of 8 metals. It pierces body armor, but as soon as it hits the warmth of flesh it expands 360x's so its just shreds you to fuck and won't go through.

Their choice was:
(a) Shoot him (they didn't)
(b) Tazer him (didn't have a tazer and his heart would have exploded anyway)
(c) Say "Have a nice day" and let him hop in his car, kill a few peeps (unsanitary)
(d) Beat him into the vehicle (they chose this one, I agree with them)
When ppl are fried on pcp, they'll fight and still move around with broken limbs, they don't notice and it doesn't seem to slow em down.
They're just like anyone else, they're just people (with a shitty job). You get good cops & bad cops. But if they have some pissbag ripped on bad shit or pointing a gun, they gotta do what they gotta do, and thats get the fucker off the street.
Maybe in the future, when cops see someone ripped on pcp, they should smoke a sherman (pcp dipped cigarette), wait 5 minutes, then hop out of the squad car and then it would be fair.

Like I said they switched to a military issue colt 45. for a period of time. If you have heard some war stories you would know that being hit by a round of this gun will cuase you to practically do a back flip. Another necessary change occured.
