I agree fully with the force they have to use to arrest someone. If someone isn't listening I sure as hell wouldn't ask nicely, especially when the person is more than fucked up. The part I was talking about was the 3 strikes law that Maj brought up.
If the person is resisting arrest, they should get their ass beat. End of story.
