I agree fully with the force they have to use to arrest someone. If someone isn't listening I sure as hell wouldn't ask nicely, especially when the person is more than fucked up. The part I was talking about was the 3 strikes law that Maj brought up.

Dude holy shit, I am sooooo fucking in favor of corporal punishment. If some fucking homie wants to keep stealing fubu shirts from JC Penny he should get fucking beat down cane stylee. In my opinion I would've just suspended the officers for a month, gave them a KKK merit badge and then dropped any charges on King. My opinion on this matter is this:
The cops were justified in this incident. I feel as though they did nothing wrong. When a person whether it is a man or women 100-350 pounds takes a swing at a police officer, force harsh or fatal is ok by me.
Prostitution:
WHy should one go to jail for prostitution? 2 consenting adults having sex for money. I see nothing wrong with this if both parties are willing and of age.
