I don't think the Liberal Media is to blame for the censorship of these pictures. It is the conservatives that got the US into this mess. Any pictures like that would benefit the liberal party. The conservative party are the one that wants to take away your rights not the liberals. (ie The Patriot Act) You have been brainwashed by Bush & company so much that you will blame the liberals for anything. I dont understand people who blindly support a party because of it party name and not its policy's. If the liberals were in office right now im sure you would be ranting how horrible of job they have done. I agree with ya that what those tools did was way over the line, and I was amazed that their religious leaders said that it was immoral. I think the only way to get those people to calm down is to drop a MOAB in a field on the outskirts of town, and then tell them that the next one is on their head if they don't stop it.
I think the best solution is to publicly state that they should cooperate, 100%, let us fix their shit (we're committed to doing it anyway at this point), leave, and then they can kill each other in a lovely civil war. The sooner they cooperate, the sooner we can leave, and the sooner they can bum rush one anothers dung hovels and wack each other in the name of their peacefull religion.

I agree we shouldn't have gone into Iraq, but I also see it as an effective bullying technique, Qadafi has now opened his arms to the westerners, knowing he wants to enjoy his lavish plunderings in peace and not be overthrown like Saddam.
I would have to say institutionalizing any government in a foreign country is "almost" guaranteed to fail.
But to be honest, I wouldn't even want to touch Africa because it is soooo fucked up its not even fucking, that place was fucked up ever since it was colonized, and still to this day it is messed up with forced borders that do not put into account tribes wishes.

Khadafi was in the process of giving up his WMD due to the pan am incident and isolation. The administration jumped on it to claim some form of success (which almost derailed the whole thing). It was EU negotiators who worked it out with Libia well before the whole Iraq thing.

they should have had the Mossad cap his ass, let civil war break out, then get the UN security council to pass a vote to save em. Then we'ld have Saudis, Pakistanis and other Islamic nations doing peace keeping. That would appease the population, and we could focus on true terrorism (Abu Sayef etc...) and not subject the armed forces to a seemingly unsolvable task.
I'm neither republican or democrat, I take each individual on their merits. Generally I hate all politicians due to their special interests and personal whims. Mandela, Thatcher and Ghandi were politicians I respect. All for different reasons.
