Problem with that is that these so many of these people and countries have never lived in a democracy. They don't understand it.
Their leadership fears a democracy. They fear the basic tenet of a democracy, that leadership can be changed by the people.
Their method is that you inherit leadership, or sieze it by whatever means you may. That is what they are used to.
They may as adverse to democracy, as we would be to having their system imposed apon us.
I commend your good intentions, you would like to spread democracy, which has so many inherent benfits to the common person.
However I question if we are able to impose democracy on a society which is not ready for it, or not in a welcoming mood. I also question if we are in fact then belittling democracy, bypassing their peoples will (their majorities choice of governance) and forcing a democracy apon them. That in itself is oxymoronic and undemocratic.
Reading your views on liberals, I feel like I am reading some sermon from Friday prayers at a mosque anywhere in the middle east as they condemn what is evil in america and single it out. It makes my head hurt. I for one support and encourage the views of both liberals and conservatives as they balance one another out and generate a more even viewpoint. An utterly liberal viewpoint and an utterly conservative (neo-con, new hip word) viewpoint are both utterly damaging. One causes choas, the other causes oppression, both very undemocratic.

You don't know what's in the future. You have no idea if he would have eventually killed many U.S/Allies. What do you think would happen if he'd use a WMD on Isreal? We'd obviously retalliate in their defense, since after all they are a good ally of ours. Which also obviously would mean a "war" would start. Imagine how many of our people would die in that war when they'd use those weapons on us... Hell of a lot more then "500"...
Those pictures show exactly how they feel towards us. From the look's of most people you'd rather just go run and hide like the French. What did the french naval fleet do when germany conquered them in wwII? They were cowards and preparing to return their ships to the people who took their country over... When they could have fought along side with Britain. At least they were smart enough to sink those pussies ships to the bottom of the ocean.
