Richie Hawtin, Plastikmen are up there. Check out Matthew Dear, Stryke, and John Aquaviva. All Tech-masters and they know how to work the dancefloor as well and just working with that heavy-energy. If you're referring to "Techno" as a general term for electronic music, then maybe you're looking for something a little more melodic and lush, lookup 'Digital Witchcraft'
