OK first off wtf is wrong is needed here ... things to do.
1] goto trend micro and scan for viruses. If it says that its NT authority then you have the blaster and need to download the blaster32.worm removal tool from notrons anti-virus .
2] if that is not it, download and make sure you have the directx 9 tool and run a direct x 9 dianogistic.
3] make sure you have the correct drivers. Also check your event viewer in the Admin area and maybe see if your OS has closed the door on its own hand. Many things can be afoot. If you have a compaq, dell or hp computer goto there websites and get updates for bios and drivers. if custom built go into device manager and get eacg offending device driver one by one. Time by not hard.
