This officer I dealt with has already had people come to him about the same things, especially regarding Paypal and eBay. He personally told me they get at least one complaint a day, about an online fraud done on those services, and how those services never did shit for their customers.
I've already signed up with the Class action lawsuit, and I am eligible for it.
