The reason I will never (or never care) get ripped off on paypal is, I sell things from $3.00, to $27.00 on ebay and other places. Once in a great while $100 bucks. I sell in mass. I make $150-$200 a day doing this, which has brought me 60k richer a year, after my regular job. (42k after the Tax Man cometh)
Now if some guy rips me off 20 bucks I'm not going to care. I also never accept Echecks. I have had 1 person attempt to rip me off on a $24 item, with an Echeck, and failed.
