Right now I am in the off season but still maintain. I will bounce back up to around 290 and cut my way down to 270 at about 6% body fat during the season. I can help you gain, cut, or dump weight efficiently or effectively. This will require you to be diligent about staying on a set schedule.
Your goals are different than mine but the science of the matter is all the same. Oh, and contrary to popular belief aerobic exercise is NOT the best venue for weight loss, that shit is a myth and needs to be put to rest.
