Im not screwed either Tenshi. I shut my ebay account down. I shut all my online gaming accounts down. I play poker only online these days. I do no buisness online. This really affects me not one bit. My post was for YOU guys sake to know the information. That YOU as innocent buyers , can be screwed by paypal, because of someone elses actions. Its a public service announcement. Not a complaint. Unlike Panemon I covered my ass.

How can you lie and say it doesn't effect you? You were owned, shut the fuck up. I don't know how you can call someone an idiot and not even realize who the fuck you are talking to. I'm not Tenshi, read the fucking previous post moron. If your neighbor steals 500 dollars from you, and you recover 300 of it from him yourself through your own methods are you a crook? I think fucking not. It would depend on how you got the money back.. but that analogy doesn't work anyways. Your situation didn't go down like that. You took money from them and then they took it back. So really bud, you just said paypal is innocent and did the right thing. GJ retard

Do what I am doing, join in on the class action suit. Since every lawyer I've talked to that works on a contingency basis is afraid to confront Paypal in front of a court of law, your best recourse at this point is class action. Join in, and take all that there is from Paypal, this bullshit unethical company. Want to know of a better fraud tip to make Paypal pay the deficit? Have yourself and a friend set up an auction for some kind of in-tangible good on eBay, Pay for it, and then wait till the funds reaches your friends bank account, then have you friend tell paypal that it was shipped ripped [enter a good excuse here] and if Paypal doesn't pay back a reversal, then have your friend reverse the charges from their bank account and Paypal will be forced to pay the deficit. Call your bank and tell them you delivered the product to the recipiant, and have them reverse the Paypal transaction. I am not inclined to discuss weather or not I have done this on these boards, but I can tell you that it works wonders! Then have your friend give you in cash, the half portion of money Paypal just gave to you for free, and split that shit. Do it for the community, trust me on this, it's a scam that requires that greedy P.O.S. company to PAY up for once, instead of requiring that their honest sellers Pay up for their inability to provide proper security for fraud losses done on services that they should be providing protection for. I say fuck them over this way, it's the best way to do it. Then immediately close out your account. While you're at it, take part in the class action lawsuit going on right now. Click Here to sign up for the Jacoby & Meyers/Gerrard & Gibbs class actions suits against Paypal. The Paypal contract has been deemed unconscionable by a federal Judge in San Jose California. The user agreement has been deemed to be used in an illicit fashion to insulate themselves (paypal) from consumer inquiries. The Judge also denied their ability to use their mandatory arbitration clause, since this as well as many factors has contributed to Paypal's unfair one-sided stance for their customers, which has also protected Paypal for these many many years from consumer inquiries. Part of paying seller fees, requires Paypal to act on their end of the service as a Payment services medium. This unethical customer service practice, along with Paypal collecting interest from frozen funds is violating various State and Federal consumer protection laws. Since Paypal is not a FDIC insured bank, they've been working through a loophole all of these years, using their bullshit contract to protect themselves from consumer inquiries. Whatever you do, DO NOT PAY THEM. Make sure you explain your situation at length with your debt collectors, and make sure to send a cease and desist letter. Consumer laws protect you against collection agencies, and if any collection agencies damage your credit, you have all the rights in the world to sue the hell out of them. A cease and desist may be the last resort as a tactic to get rid of them, read up on these laws pertaining to debt collectors. check on the internet for your state and you'll find what rights and avenues are available to you. You'll be much better off if you go to a government site that spells out your rights, obigations, and options.

Let's say I decided to go back in time, and BUY your UO account. I could of easily after transferring funds, taken your account, ripping it apart, and telling Paypal that you never sent me the account, and they would had given me my money back, and *Poof* I got your shit. Or, someone could of hacked an eBay or Paypal account, and no matter what circumstances were behind it, they're supposadly required by "law" to return the funds back to the source. In this case this is what happenend to me.. In accordance with your ignorance... Had this happen to you... "I've never had an issue with them and everytime I hear about someone getting 'screwed' it seems like they are never innocent." Please explain to me at length why the two things mentioned above wouldn't make you "innocent." (If this was to happen to you, in this given scenario.) Paypal is clearly ripping people off, and you have yet to come across an eBay scammer, which makes you lucky at this point. I've been selling on Paypal since October of 2001 on my own Paypal account, and it took me 3 years to come across a fraud, after many many successful transactions as a seller on eBay. Have you had any other selling experience or expertise on eBay you would have realized by now that Paypal is running a big scam, which is stealing from the backbone of their company. Basically if you review the lengthy contract. (But a lot of you don't do that, including myself, since essays = bad) The contract basically states that they are taking away your consumer protection laws, without warning, and items sold on eBay which are condoned by eBay don't neccessarily have to be protected by the seller protection policy. You should read more about this shit, instead of hammering IHOP's premier associate (Dirty Sanchez), for being dishonest. He's just doing what every customer of Paypal should be doing, which is ripping them the fuck off.

Oh you could have screwed me for sure. I would never have sold shit to you though. I pick and choose my buyers. Selling to you would be like giving Scrambyeggs my account info and expecting him not to logon and take everything. Thing is Pan, I don't trust you. You don't have any proof about paypal, neither does Dirty (atleast he hasn't shown any). He admitted he stole from them though and that they took it back, how do I know you didn't do that? Maybe you aren't telling the whole truth? Every business is ripping someone off, thats how they make their fucking money. I don't care if people want to rip paypal off, good for them..but don't try to rip them off, get owned and then bitch about it. I don't want to hear about something that fucking stupid.

Apparently you didn't cover your contradicting ass, or you wouldn't have gotten raped out of.. what did you say, 2 or 3 thousand dollars over the last 3 years for in-tangible goods? You should read your prior posts before even mentioning my name. I was sent money from a fraudster with a stolen eBay and Paypal account. Those are very rare cases anyways, and I covered my ass according to policy. Since the funds were deemed fraudulent, they were required to send the money back to the source. And because of that one bullshit policy that apparently fucked you over, I was inelligible for my money, because of some EXCUSE- (yes, and any moron who thinks otherwise should be murdered and slaughtered) they used in their seller protection policy so they didn't have to pay me, regardless of the intent of the fraudster.

Need I comment on this idiotic statement? lol. you just did, retard. bending laws and screwing consumers through the mesh of laws sure sounds like something mafia/ gangsters would do ;] read a little more about organized crime, and you will know what i mean. start with japan's yakuza, for a little more insight into things. oh btw when i say gangsters, i dont mean truck driving, meth lab owning, manual labor geeks wearing doo rags screaming about how they have the biggest nuts on an internet forum..

First of all, I never screwed anyone through any eBay or Paypal transaction. I've had several oppurtunities, but I am not a criminal in that sense. I've had access to various people's UO accounts, who have led their trust in me. Even Sir Fetus, at one point we were flaming each other on these very boards, and one day he needed someone to xfer 1 million gold to his other character. Well, I offered to do that for him, and he had a hard time trusting me. Eventually he took the risk, and once I did that for him, he gave me access to his account. The same account in which me and a friend built up his Tournament of champions character on atlantic, he eventually sold his account to me for 30 dollars, and now I have it, but im selling it since UO is a peice of shit game. But anyways, I've never screwed anyone over in UO. I can honestly say that. The closest way I screwed someone over was indirectly when one of my accounts was banned, and the I.P. logs banned my friends' other accounts one time. You can trust me more than Scramby Eggs, scramby eggs was the one who masterminded the plot to steal your account, along with Luxford. Not only did I take action against Luxford, by loggin his ISP information for trying to send the trojan keylogger to me, but I also notified the F.C.C. to find out he's just some punk kid named Shawn Harb or something. I could of pursued litigation against him, by sending in the trojan to the FCC, but it was a waste of my time. I did manage to get his UO account banned, since one of my friends is a Companion for OSI, and managed to get 3 Game masters to take me to the jail room while they obtain the forwarded email, and document and match the I.P. header information. I also consulted you, about the details involved in that case, and tried to assist you with information. "you don't have any proof about paypal, neither does Dirty (atleast he hasn't shown any)." I can forward the emails that justify that Paypal screwed me. Hell, just me explaining the issue at length should of been justification enough to prove my case. I may make fun of you being a fat, ugly, bald, homosexual kid, but I take some things seriously on the internet, and one of those things is trust, and honesty. I've never been one to screw up someone financially in any kind of malicious nature, unless they have wronged me. Paypal can go to hell, and if some day some guy decides to make good on any terrorist bombing on their building, it will either be me, or someone else, and you can guarentee that I will be celebrating the day that it happens, because I have absolutely no sympathy for Paypal, or anyone who works there. They can all die, I don't care how good of a person they are in real life. They are being trained to lie, and steal from people, and that's wrong. If I had my way with Paypal, I'd make them suffer a fucking halocaust style death, Nazi style. They can all go to hell. I will tell them this once I sell the remainder of my uo accounts. Furthermore, I will be more than willing to send you information via email in regards to my investigation, even the stuff you're not supposed to know in regards to Paypal's bullshit privacy protection policy, including the information from the domain which hosts the scammer, and some of Paypal's dead end canned customer service replies, which gives me a good reason to want to shoot every single employee of Paypal.
