Just to give you an idea of how much of a criminal ring paypal is.
I had a negative balance of 800.00.
None of it was stolen credit card or anything like that to give them backing to do what they did which I will explain in a minute.
I decided Never to use paypal again and not to pay them. Theyve fucked me over countless times over the years and this was my fuck you on the way out.
So what do you think they did? Did they put it on my credit report? Turn it over to a collection agency? Like any other crediter? Nope.
They decided to reverse payments without my authorization to people ive bought from in the past. People that had absolutely NOTHING to do with this situation. They reversed thier payments and took money out of thier banks to cover this. They STOLE from other customers Ive dealt with months ago, to cover my debt to them.
Heres the kicker. If that wasnt enough.
They took this money from these people right?
They are in the clear moneywise now.
My account is STILL negative 800.00.
They didnt credit it to me.
They expect me to pay that 800.00 STILL.
There has got to be some legal law they have broken here because as I said before all this was cash transactions. Money at hand. Not credit card stuff.
Im still not paying them but now 3 people have been fucked by them and I would like to help those 3 people sue the fuck out of paypal.
