Just to give you an idea of how much of a criminal ring paypal is.
I had a negative balance of 800.00.
None of it was stolen credit card or anything like that to give them backing to do what they did which I will explain in a minute.
I decided Never to use paypal again and not to pay them. Theyve fucked me over countless times over the years and this was my fuck you on the way out.
So what do you think they did? Did they put it on my credit report? Turn it over to a collection agency? Like any other crediter? Nope.
They decided to reverse payments without my authorization to people ive bought from in the past. People that had absolutely NOTHING to do with this situation. They reversed thier payments and took money out of thier banks to cover this. They STOLE from other customers Ive dealt with months ago, to cover my debt to them.
Heres the kicker. If that wasnt enough.
They took this money from these people right?
They are in the clear moneywise now.
My account is STILL negative 800.00.
They didnt credit it to me.
They expect me to pay that 800.00 STILL.
There has got to be some legal law they have broken here because as I said before all this was cash transactions. Money at hand. Not credit card stuff.
Im still not paying them but now 3 people have been fucked by them and I would like to help those 3 people sue the fuck out of paypal.

The reasoning they took money back from MY transactions to other people with MY money I sent to them from MY pocket is to cover MY debt. They took back MY money I spent. Thus they have cleared MY debt, with money that was mine. I sent it to someone else but if they take it back from them , they are stating that transaction is null and void, thus returning it to my account to cover my debt. Thus I should be credited. If I paid them at this point. Theyd MAKE 800.00 profit. Catch me here?

After using paypal for 3 years I can't say I have one complaint. I've never had an issue with them and everytime I hear about someone getting 'screwed' it seems like they are never innocent. You tried to screw paypal and you got owned.

on a side note, i use paypal on a regular basis for past couple of years. not a single problem... only thing i use it for is transfer of money, from one account to another( so maybe that why.)

This affects ME in no way shape or form whatsoever. Im not owned. In fact it prolly benifits me because if they do recovery and keep the funds, Im sure they are legally obligated to clear my debt to them. So Owned is something Im not fuckface.
You are an IDIOT. Paypal has ZERO seller protection for virtual sellers. Someone could buy 50 things from you in game for rl through paypal, and say u never delivered and you lose ur money. It happened to me for over 3 grand in 4 years. So eat my cock. No better than them?
If your neighbor steals 500 dollars from you, and you recover 300 of it from him yourself through your own methods are you a crook? I think fucking not.
