How can you lie and say it doesn't effect you? You were owned, shut the fuck up. I don't know how you can call someone an idiot and not even realize who the fuck you are talking to. I'm not Tenshi, read the fucking previous post moron.

Ok now you're double the idiot.
Reading comprehension?
I can understand tenshi, *meaning I can understand tenshi misunderstanding my stance on this*,
but you after you read my reply to him.... etc.
Jesus Maj. Before you start calling people stupid, please make sure you are not a consumate idiot yourself.

Seeing as paypal is owned by Ebay i think they could afford to squash some little class action suit, besides you have to present some evidence to a judge to be granted class action status.

You must feel real dumb for not reading the site.
Because Paypal lost the class action suit. 9.5 million dollars son.
Now we have till November to claim our damages.
This is just the first.
This class action suit will set the precedent for countless private lawsuits against them.
They are going to be paying $ out the ass for years to come.

"we will have somehting to follow up on Court TV."
Great idea.
Now for a tiny dose of reality (which some need in large doses.)
You'll never see eBay, PayPal, Comcast, Microsoft, AOL, Sears, or any other nationwide company in front of a Judge Judy.
Both parties have to agree to be part of the entertainment. You'll see Bubba and his landlord, and you might see Lulu and her ex-boyfriend in front of Judge Judy, but you'll never see a serious company into something like this.

I'm going to have to settle the dispute in small claims court. I have no other choice at this point. I've reviewed and submitted documents for class action.
