I actually agree on that point... we should have a national heath care system... everyone regardless of taxbracket should have equal health care.

Just admit you want to be a US citizen more than anything else in the world. granted, in some cases the poor fucker could be a guy who got injured at work or w/e, but it makes those who work for health care kind of wonder why they should work if they can just go on welfare and get it free you know what im sayin?

The worst is when companies like Wal-Mart hire people as temps or don't pay them enough for them to afford health care so they end up on medicaid anyway.
Having the US tax payers pay for their employee's healthcare gives Wal-Mart a nice competitive advantage that allows them to keep costs down so they can buy more crap in bulk at impossibly low prices from China to run all of their competition out of business.
Thats a nice fuck you to the small business owner who tries to do right by his employees and provide a reasoable living wage and healthcare.

Well for one, I am marring an American. Second, I have never denied that America is not the most powerful nation in the world.
When you country places 25% tARRIFS on Softwood lumber as a protectionist move, that hurts us. So does the fact that you invole us in your homeland security , or force us NOT to legalize weed since your country thinks its so bad. Your laws, your well being and much more effect us.
As a standard American I am sure you think everything you do is great for everyone, or well most people , inside and outside of the States. This is not true.
For the most part , America foreign policy is made to strenghen the states, not her allies Free trade and WTO orangization have been for years trying to get FAIR concessions out of the US in the NAFTA agreements, yet we get fucked. I am more worried about what happens in 50 years from now when California and other states have little to no fresh water and shit and we do then about a few silly Muslims trumping our law. I disagree... I think Welfare should be much more strict, but health care should be free to everyone. I totally understand where you are coming from, because a part of me is just as selfish as you. But when I think about all the children that have no choice who their parents are. And all the people who are truly down and out, and not just lazy fatass's who live off our government. That's when I realize that nation wide health care NEEDS to be put into affect in this country.
