XP SP 2 problems

My computer was running fine, installed the new service pack and rebooted. It boots up to the welcome screen and then it reboots on its own, everytime. Anyone know how to fix this?

try a Last knowen good config or safemode boot, should also have updated all drivers, been uo to date on "critical updates " and used the MS SP2 compatibillity test.
Worse case , use Win OS disc, boot to it, then when asked to do new OS or repair , repair .
goto root
type chkdsk /r
then after
type fitboot
then
type fitmbr
good luck
