They target civilians on purpose for the effect of terror. For the simple fact that they do that, i hope they all fucking die from a tactical nuke, i could give TWO SHITS about them standing too close to a burning hum v that we then blew up. They were probably reporting how they killed 20 us civilians inside it with thier pocket lighters!
