Resolution 1441 states that Iraq is in material breach of the earlier resolutions. It passed unanimously and promised serious consequences. What do you think those consequences were? Another resolution? A slap on the wrist?
Who said there were no WMD's 2 years ago? Not the USA. Clinton pulled the inspectors out in 1998 so he could bomb a few places. Then Saddam wouldn't let them back in.
