We going to war again? I forsee us going into Iran and dropping a few bombs on these sites seen in the link above. Can you tell they are already propoganda-ing it up for us.
How should this be handled? Any suggestions.

I say wait and see for a bit how they proceed. Then nuke the fuck out of them and all the aRabs.

I meant to say, Isreal. I think they are definately going to drop a few bombs in there. I think war may just break out. Which leads us to protect Israel.

If the israelis hit it, the Iranians have stated they'll attack the US troops in Iraq. High likelihood the Iraqis will join them (all Shias).
Syria & Iran will attack Israel. Israel may glass Damascus.
Now add Suadi, Lebanon & Egypt. Afghanistan will errupt too.
That would be a very bad thing.
Despite all the peen waving, there are not enough bullets in the US magazines to cover the Iraqis & Iranians, you'll run out of bullets.

You may hate the U.N. but multiply your nightmare in Iraq by 20, then you are looking at the situation. You don't have enough "credit" to pull a deficit like that, plus it's in their backyard, not yours. Hyper inflation = end of your economy.

I totally agree Arioch. This would also activate the draft, since we don't have nearly the forces needed to fight this kind of war. I'm afraid if this war does happen, it will be the first introduction to the nuclear bomb. Many countries have them, and this is the only reason why they do have them.
If it breaks out into another "world war", some countires WILL be destroyed, I'm not talking about a broken germany in WW2, or a wrecked Iraq of today, I'm talking about the total destruction of a country(ies). This could be the beginning to the end for some of us, since the majority of us will be going to war, no matter what age/sex you are.

I will bet you 10 Dollars or a night with your cyber GF there will not be another draft in our lifetime skunkers.

It doesn't matter how many people are against it, because we will be forced into it. The percentage was overwhelming in the 70's about the draft, NOBODY wanted it, nobody wanted to send their boys to war when they didn't choose too.
The draft is horrid, nobody wants it activated, but it WILL happen if this "World War" does happen(hopefully it doesn't.) Do you like the revolutions of the 70's? The millions of people that stood at our countries steps begging for the return on our men? The revolution that marched and rioted to prevent the draft? The revolution that failed to do anything to prevent it? All that came out of that were some good songs.
We don't have nearly the force to fight such a war, so how would you solve this? i want to hear your educated guess on how the U.S. would field their current army against this kind of war?

I can never be recruited for infantry because I have flat feet, so I'm saved from the frontline, but I might be of assistance doing something technical.
