You're living in the paranoid world man, you're so worried about being labeled a terrorist, wtf is your problem man? All of your arguements are based on what if's, and about being labeled a terrorist. So would you rather have the terrorists able to operate without hinderance in this country just so you can not be worried about being labeled a terrorist yourself? Please come up with something with more substance before you try to defend it with such conviction.
