Most judges are Liberal people, that are scared of the ACLU so they have the final say if they FBI can act on there tips. There still is checks and balances on every thing that people do to aprehend people and hold them. Matter of fact it worked in Portland With Mike Hawawsh part of the Portland 7 that was taken away held for No reason for a year and then he finaly confessed. After all these dumb ass ladies were protesting his capture, haha on them after everyone found out he was gulty. Id rather have the government arrest towel heads on a suspesion rather then not.
