it only gaurentees we'll end up being back there, because we have given every family there a testament to the evil of americans.

Americans are much much more evil then Saddam who only killed 100's of thousands of his own ppl because they didn't like his ideals. Nice double standard guy.
I just came up with a brilliant idea, MOVE TO IRAQ! since you're so worried about terrorist rights. The funny thing is, you probably think the terrorists are your friend, that if they knew your political affiliation they would be your friend and have tea with you, so fucking funny!

i think you all are missing that the patriot act does more than just allow a person to be detained for purpose of suspected threat to the state.
It allows agencies to share information regarding individuals or orginizations so that they can make clearer decisions based on more factual information.
Before anyone is survailed, they must first obtain a court order in which they must provide a burden of proof that the person is conducting in a mater which alerts to suspicion. may this lead to racial profiling? it may, but fuck radical muslims. the raghead killers in other countries profile all christians as infidel who need to be killed.
When this country has a federal court that says animals have the right to sue human beings and a lawyer can represent an animal in a law suit, we have gone too far. and im not sayign that muslims are animals, im referring to actual court rulings regarding pets/animals.
Get off your high fucking horse that everyone has complete freedom to do whatever they want. I for one have no problem with someone questioning my patriotism because i am patriotic. The only people who have anything to fear are the ones who are a THREAT to the STATE.

the thing is stretch, they were forbidden by laws to do what they should do. agencies are not allowed to share information. It was law. This act allows for agencies working on the same case to share information now. thats not the only parts of the act. Ide be hapy to disect it for ya.
But the facts are. that if you are audited by your state revenue agent, and they find you have hid 200,000$ of income, and you get taxed and penalized for it, they CANNOT share that information with other tax agencies like your local county tax or the IRS.. Its against the law. now the IRS isnt defense agencies but for purpose of making this point, it fits the criteria.

stretch, can you name 3 acts in the past 10 years, that were signed into law, and underwent judicial review? i doubt that you can. the judicial system, if the act is unconstitutional, will require legislators to amend it. Im sure theres lots of constitutional lawyers just waiting to make billions of dollars argueing it. Until then, it stands as written.

my questions is very specific. I want to know how many acts that haev ben signed into law underwent a judicial review BEFORE they were signed?
you said that it escaped the judicial review, i am argueing that judcial reviews are done afterwards. which means the act , the same as any other act, is subject to any judicial review equally, which means your case that the act has escaped the judicial review system is wrong.
