Those are 3 things that will never be illegal or even partially illegal in California no matter what the federal government says. Just take a controversial issue like medical marijuana. I have a cannabis card that allows me to walk right into the club, buy a few grams of top quality, and go home with it completely legally.. something that would probably get me years in a federal prison. The same will happen with the other issues.
2 things I'm actually pretty damn happy about: One, Kerry will not be running for re-election in 2008. Two, Bush will not be running for re-election 2008. Like I said, the President found a compromise, with regards to federal funding only, because so many people have an ethical problem with it.
