I believe a company has a right to refuse service, I also believe a company has a right to terminate or disipline an employee who does not follow the company policies.
Oftentimes these are pharmacists working in the "chain pharmacies" such as CVS, where the company sets the policies, not the employee.
Additionally, a pharmacist is not a trained doctor in the sense of diagnosis. Their specialty is understanding physical side effects and interaction of drugs and compounds. If in fact they are performing a 2nd opinion, then they are breaking the law as they are not trained or licensed to do so. Posing fraudulantly as a doctor and performing a diagnosis is a punishable crime.
If they fire the employee for this kind of behaviour, then they are sued for violating the civil rights and religious beliefs of the employee. If they keep them, then they have an out of control employee which they can't get in line with company policy.
They should be written up, then 2nd offense terminated. That would solve the problem.
I heard that the tv station jumped to arafats funeral, what a stupid thing to do. Private Ryan is an awesome movie, watching a box get buried in a shithole like ramallah doesn't quite cut it.
Another thing like the pharmacists is the growing change in school curriculum. States like Deleware now teach "creationism" as the science, and evolution is merely noted as simply a "flawed theory". To me, that is a very scarey trend. And it's picking up steam rapidly.
Throw out the blue states and let them join Canada (bastion of corrupt and Godless liberalism), then ya guys can teach Creationism without us stupid liberals asking questions, you can ban birth control, reintroduce church into state further and more rapidly etc... Perfect solution!
