Fuck this biologically biased bullshit, I know exactly why they throw bullshit at overcooked foods, I read a book on "Power Aging" by Gary Null, a biologically biased know-it-all health nerd, trying to convince us that eating meats at high temp. generate carcinogens called hetrocyclic amines, however, we breathe in smog, 2nd hand smoke, isn't that carcinogenic too? shit.
I do live a unhealthy life, especially since I do smoke, and don't currently give a shit. When I was in High School, I studied everything about the human body I possibly could, as well as biological science. I can hold a strong arguement against these doctors who believe in the bullshit calorie diets, and the tiring workout routines, and these idealistic "so called" glycemic index diets which try to depict good carbs from bad carbs. Then you got ignorant shitheads brainwashed by the billionaire food companies, who pay large amounts of money to the FDA to talk shit about the Atkin's diet, to promote inflated revenues.
Here is some of the ways to stay healthy: (some of them which I don't follow, I will list the most important first.)
1. Excercise as much as you can.
2. Consume Organic foods. (no pesticides, no artificial fertilizers, and no chemical additives, or genetic, or hormonial modifications.)
3. Consume ZERO SUGAR, even ORGANIC refined sugar, replace sugar with organic raw unfiltered honey, organic cane juice is okay, just the processed (refined) form of sugar is bad. Avoid soda, candy, anything with sugar in it. Complex carbohydrates like pasta, bread, cereal, are also bad, since the starch converts into sugars, and ignore these new glycemic index studies, which study what they consider is "healthy carbs." They're just overpaid assholes, who've found a way to promote processed foods companies products to keep these unhealthy cheap foods in the market for consumption.
-Ultimately sugar is the reason people become overweight. When not enough insulin is produced, it causes hunger, you take the carbs out of your life, you wont HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OVER EATING.
4. Don't count calories, these diets are among the hardest to stay on, and when you get off them, the weight just comes right back on quick.
5. Atkins all the way, ignore these ignorant fucks with all this falsified information about health risks. Most of Atkin's paitents were dealing with heart attacks, and stroke. And any idiot who gets a heart attack on atkins, IS NOT FOLLOWING THE DIET, and is CHEATING! Cell restriction is caused by LDL cholesterol, over eating is caused by sugar, and insulin resistance, depression is caused by consumption of sugars, as well as fatigue, and stress, and a variation of other side effects.
6. Consume poly unsaturated oils and fatty acids. Olive Oil, OMEGA-3/6, Flaxseed oil, and there's another one, but I dont remember it offhand, lower blood pressure, and cholesterol. I've been telling people for years about the benefits of drinking olive oil and now the FDA is approving it's usage for heart health.
7. Take vitamins, I take one-a-day, I also take Coral Calcium. Remember when you take vitamins, that it has enough copper to work in conjunction with zinc, the same as with Vitamin D and calcium. Exposure to the sun raises your vitamin d levels naturally. Take Magnesium, DHEA, Selenium.
8. Stay away from chemical remedies, prescription drugs, with unpredictable results. Irradiated foods, exposure to harsh chemicals, make sure it's well veltilated, and protective equipment is used. Learn this shit in Hazmat training procedures.
There's more but im too tired to list anymore. I covered the majors. Do atkins, excercise, take in healthy non-organic foods, consume carbs in moderation, take vitamins, and you'll be fine.

I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches; I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer. Then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protecting lotion.
