I think he's just trying to point out the fact no one has kept the DoD in line. Be it republican or democrat.

tried to understand the point of that simple sentence. Pretty ironic for you to be criticizing others when you have no reading comprehension. Stay in school son. You have lots of learning to do if you want to be discussing world affairs credibly.
I am not impressed by your cookie-cutter insults. I am impressed by intelligence, which you have yet to show.

I said stop talking about politics, how you put me into a group because of that comment, I have no idea, gg. My post had nothing to do with taking sides, it's a blanket statement, STFU about politics already, Democrat or Repbublican, now get off ma nuts you Amercian wannabe. <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

In order to win an argument you need to have a position that you support. In all of your posts I have never seen you articulate your personal beliefs. Look back at your original post..it isn't a statement, it is a retorical question for which there is no answer.
This rhetorical question attack is a standard strategy used by people who are seeking to end a discussion in order to avoid debating an unsupportable postion. Your buddies Rush and Hannity use this strategy often, and as expected you have followed their lead yet again.
Exercise your mind and develop your own opinions. It is a lot more satisfying than being a mouthpiece for people who are using you to promote their agenda.

nobody else has a hard time seeing my stances on issues.
I guess that's just another example of you being too stupid to understand what you read.
Par for the course unfortunately.

How can you take the word of people like General Norman Schwarzkopf, Thomas Wilson, (R) Sen Lott, and (R) Sen McCain who actually served in the military for years (many years in Schwarzkopf's case) over the word of some flippant hack who has never worn a uniform? How dare you think that people who have put their lives on the line know anything? What the hell would people who have served know about serving in the military? Why are you thinking that a person who has never served in the military has no understanding of the military and it's deep codes. It's just like a Walmart store, and Rummy can run a Walmart!
After Powell leaves, is there anyone left who wore a uniform steering this thing? As if he mattered anyway, but he at least understood sacrafice and danger.
I think there should be a rule, a military person should run the military. They know first hand the risks of harms way, and understand it better than some WalMart manager (Democrat or Republican).
Sorry Jobu, but your golden boy smells like shit. He does not have the background or understanding for his job, it's really obvious. I wonder if he has ever faced the threat of a papercut, while he made his "history making" decisions (oh yes....they are history making, they will be called things like "rumsfields folly"). And while you defend him, spout out your long tenure in the military...or fucking hide like a backseat driver.....
?As you know, you go to war with the Defense Secretary you have. They?re not the Defense Secretary you might want or wish to have at a later time.?
