I got that off the modern UO artifact weapon link higher up in the thread. I have no idea what the hell any of it is, I haven't played UO in years. I think the spells have a cast time these days and channeling speeds it up.
But I'll bet you there aren't any dreads roamin' the wilderness anymore. Hence "Legacy of the Dread Lord".

no its bad ass they made uo more of a item based game now. basicly if you have arties you win. The Hat of The Magi was selling for around $500 when they came out with the artis it still fetches around 250, mages seem to like it. and yes the 50% damage increase is better then vanq shit GM smiths can make 35% damage increase gm weapons now which is better then the 26% vanq damage increase. The dread lord weapon you posted sucks though its slow and the special moves are lame, each weapon has two special moves now.

that is fucking crazy... I remember back in 2000 I sold a small house next to the Daemon Temple on Pacific for $276..... it was loaded with shit but still thats alot of money !
