The thing is, that who makes thedecision about whether it benifits the community or not? The fat politician that plays golf with the developer every week? Or the old couple that has lived in their home for 50 yrs and put everything they had into it with 50 million knicknacks, pictures, marks on the wall from thier kids growing up and things that make it thier home?
