Equal results are not. I don't blame the court entirely however I do believe that they have way over stepped the intended purpose of the Constitution. If the Founding Fathers knew what the court would do they would have created more checks on their power. As it stands now the best I can hope for is to have judges appointed who will actually read the Constitution when they make decisions and not just read the prior decisions of the court.
