$180 is nothing. I make that before lunch every day at work. If that's a lot of money to you, and thereby justifies your attitude as to how you would run your server, then that's your call. I'd still pay the $180 for admin priveleges if I felt like owning a server, but work to build a community, rather than having my own private points whoring server and everybody who gets in the way be TK'd, kicked or banned.

Two points. First point, reading is FUNdamental, I already said why I posted:
I'm not here to change the world, just to give a hearty "fuck you" back while I'm driving off to play somewhere else.
And second, registration takes all of 30 seconds, you give it a gmail/hotmail address, and you take 5 minutes to troll a few "fuck you it's our server we play how we like" tards in their own forums. Being that the first 3 non-sticky'd posts in this thread are passers-by complaints of how piss-poor this server is run, unless they want to see a deluge of this type of thing I'd go with either ( a ) a change in server management mentality or ( b ) an extra step of new user authentication that only lets friends&family in. We don't all intend to hang around and rack up 1200+ posts like you girlfriend.
