dude, face it. everyone has nukes. and we are in korea. ever heard of osan or kunsan? they are air force bases in south korea.
and as far as the guidelines... they did apply when we went into iraq. now that we're there, and we have a clear exit strategy... i.e set up a stable govt to govern the country once we leave, it's all up to the clock. because only time will fix that piece of shit country. we have to train them, if we dont, we're looking at a comeback tour to fix it all over again. which means, more american deaths.
and i guarantee the next country that goes into another country and tries to take it over (ala iraq and kuwait) we'll be there to fix it, seeing as how we're the police of the world.
