ufc is american while pride/k-1 is japanese -- but the card is filled w/fighters from all over the world. there's some other smaller circuits out there in hawaii and crap (rumble on the rock, old school wec). i'd say the game is pretty much equally dominated by russians/former soviet states, brazilians, japanese, americans.
btw, i went to high school w/one of those guys who fought on that mtv show...hes a douche.
