those EPP programs with Dell suck balls. Anyone can pretty much get in, and it doesnt verify your identity - you may save a few bucks here and there, but nothing significant enough that one would want to utilize the epp program over stacked discounts and coupons.
Stackable Coupons + Discounts + DPE discount + Big bucks ( or whatever the fuck its called) = the way to buy from Dell.
