If youre truly seraching for some deals through Dell, and this person says they have a "contract" with Dell, by all means, I urge you to go through him. Just make sure you do your homework regarding the prices so that you can be sure that you are getting the best for your money - nothing is more sad than a computer purchase, considering how fast it will decline in value.

I realize that you were looking for a tricked out laptop, but for those of us who are not, the first Dell deal of today ( front page news on slickdeals) is a Celeron M with some extra shit for sub $500 bucks ( coupons on ebay will need to be prucahsed)
A good deal for any of us who need the basics - obviously a bad choice if you need to play BF2 or some intensive game, but for those of us who need low battery cosumption + basic note taking + working = deal is pretty hot.
