[LoD]Roninn Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,366 US	It's my understanging that the "outlaws" are the people who kill their own faction (Ork on Ork violence ftw). You can kill anyone of another faction without penalty. I think you'll be KoS to your own faction if you're an outlaw.

I still can't get over it.
