Anything can be used as a weapon and therefore is potentially deadly.
Steve Irwin's death was tragic and a great loss to the world, now let him R.I.P.
Id hardly call it tragic the guy was pretty much playing russian roulette with his life im sure he knew he was going to get it one day.
