With current technology we should be able to reduce the amount of oil we use. We just need to make it profitable to do so or make it to costly to use gas (some might argue that we are already there). Pass a bill that gives auto makers a tax break for making a car with less emissions that runs off of vegitble oil, ethenol or somthing other then gas.
