I took this from another forums where it's blown out to about 15pages, so here are some more clues.
You guys have already posted 2 clues i was going to add, but here an explanation for one.
once you get analytical, it'll open up for you with time.
This is the art work on a postcard from the same country as the man who made the painting, it was mass produced and readily available at the same country he was from and had been around for anywhere from 2-5 years before he made his painting.

People who are looking at the differences between the artist' painting and the original postcard art are looking at one of the main areas concerning the mans problems. Dont just look at the power lines, look at every little difference, every color that is altered, evey angle or amount of depth that is changed.
The man who made the painting does not suffer from just one phobia / mental condition.
There are signs of not only one major phobia, but of a constant fantasy of his, as well as something that, atlhough is not a phobia, is still something that affetced him greatly with anxiety.

LOL you already lost dude. If you spend more than 10 seconds on this project you have lost. You will never figure it out. Those who know the answer knew it instantly. Genius! Give up, YOUR WRONG!

and the answer is what?
