Just wanted to pass this along to anyone who is into physical training. A SF guy referred me to this site, I've been working on training for Airborne school and some stuff beyond that, they have a work out of the day posted every day, you just follow the routine. They have wierd names for a lot of them, if you get confused they have an area that has videos of all the excersises. They also have a lot of nutrition tips on there on the best way to build lean muscle and cut fat from your body. This is very different from body building, it builds functional muscle that can be used in any situation, somthing that I've really started to love, figured I'd share it with you guys.
