Yeah it's pretty sweet, you can start a chat room then invite ppl to it and have a private voice session. The quality is really good and clear and even though there is no push to talk, the background noise is very limited and it wasn't as much of a problem as I thought it would be. Of course it's a problem for ppl who run audio for Voice and Game through external speakers and also have a mic. Then you hear all game sounds twice and yourself talking, which is no good. Overall though, I'm pretty impressed with Steam, I never used it that much till TF2, and man they did a good job on it. I like the buddy list, the voice options, and the ability to play games without CD's in the disc drive.
