The World Health Organization is not a scholarly journal. Here is an example:

I'm not the right guy to ask. As stated, I have no indepth knowledge about the topic.
I would however assume that the International Agency for Research on Cancer would be a credible source.
I do not have a link to the study itself, I just read a few citations. What I read was pretty inconclusive, but some of it suggested there was a close link to developing acoustic neuroma which is a benign form of brain tumor.
(That part of the study was done at this institute)
Actually here it is, knock yourself out:

No worries man, both cellphones still laying here right next to me. Point is, brain tumors are bad shit. If I could do something to even marginally help prevent that, I would.
(The big irony is I currently work for the 7th largest telecom provider in the world. Their main focus area is cellphone infrastructure and services. I'm practically bathing in active cellphones and wireless headsets at work. I'm fucked!)

the study that i cited as an example of one being backed by a scholarly journal? yeah i did. there was a link to it also that i posted allowing you and other users to read so you could criticize the experiment; you see how useful that is, and that without it, my statements would be groundless and questionable?

Then how did you fail to read the conclusions of that journal as well as the others listed in that wikipedia article that state these cell phone studies are inconclusive because of the lack of subjects meeting the proper testing criteria. The one study you referenced was from 1998. Yeah, those guys from 1998 had LONG exposure time to cell phones.
There are also the 10 other studies (listed in that wikipedia article) that you ignored to read with a much broader range of test subjects. 20 years from now there will just be what I call a mass Darwin Awards epidemic.

as i said, that study was an example of an article endorsed by a reputable source, i was not using that particular study to directly refute your cellphones are dangerous shpeal. I will draw conclusions from experiments that have been peer reviewed and have been published by a credible journal, when you can provide that.
