It was entertaining and that's about it. If you can forgo terrible acting by Anakin and Rachel Bilson the movie itself isn't all that bad.
Only good enough to waste the money on an afternoon matinee if you're bored.
Personally, I really recommend taking about 4-6 shots (buy the single shots at the liquor store) during the previews and then the movie should be really entertaining. That's how you get it done on not so good movies.
